When you visit our Guidea mobile application (the “mobile app”, “app” “Guidea app”) and use our services, you trust us with your Personal Information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this document, we describe our Privacy Policy. We explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it.

• Backup and disaster recovery specialists, Hosting and monitoring, All information you provide to us is stored on Amazon secure servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Dublin, Ireland (EU) and in Frankfurt, Germany (EU).
• Mobile Analytics , Google Firebase.
• Email providers, MailChipm Service, The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp.

We will:

• Share aggregated, anonymised or other de-identified data with advertisers,
• advertising networks and social networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. We will also use aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target.
• Share your anonymised data with and access information from analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the website and the app and for better personalisation of content and advertising.
• We share your information with certain contractors or service providers.

The Guidea app may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other Guidea app, online services or mobile applications. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other Guidea apps, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Guidea app. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.

Keeping information

We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your Personal Information for longer than 1 years past the termination of your account.

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
